I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2012
Interview
I was a college hire, so the interview focused mostly on my internships and team activities in school. First there was an on campus one on one interview that was followed up with an on site panel interview. Questions were mostly behavioral, with a few of the classics (greatest strengths/weaknesses). There was no skills assessment or opportunity to meet the team I would be working with. It was more of a come on board and we'll put you where we need you kind of setup. I got the offer, but the benefits were on the light side.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you used data to solve a problem
They asked me questions about my experience and attention to detail and gave me scenarios and asked me what I would do in those situations. They were all very nice but unfortunately thought my background wasn't a great fit for the role.
