I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
They flew about 20+ people into their MST facility in Orlando, LMco paid for everything. We had a dinner/icebreaker the night before the actual facility tour and interviews. The process was fairly laid back, we always had access to a very clear schedule. Food was provided, and there was always someone there to answer our questions between activities.
The interview itself was very laid back, one in an office and one in their 'imaginarium' (open free workspace).
Questions were more about experience, though the first interview had a couple of technical questions.
Took 3 weeks for application to move forward. 1 behavioural interview with a panel of 4. They don’t expect you to know everything but can ask scenario questions to understand how you think. then an offer within a few days. Whole process took about a month

It was easy. They asked me very basic questions like what is a stack. Before that, there was a phone screen which they just asked me to tell me about myself, etc.
