Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer interview questions

Asked several questions not relating to my resume. The recruiter was nice and said he was looking for a personality match for the position. Interview was under 30 minutes and I was asked no technical questions.

Applied online and after many applications I got a notice that I was moving into the next step of the process where I would be notified about an interview. I was told to fill out a couple papers. I was contacted via text to schedule an interview. I did my interview and a month and a half later i receieved an offer.
