From the time I applied, 5 interviews to receiving the offer it was 9 days, it was so fast and effective (Lightspeed!). The calls were effective, natural, positive focused, and I smiled throughout the whole process. I've interviewed in many companies across many industries and Lightspeed raised the bar by a mile on what and how others companies should be conducting themselves.

Interview
Completed a 5-round interview process for a Senior Program Manager position with the Talent Acquisition team (twice), the hiring manager, future coworkers and future stakeholders. This gave me the chance to really understand the role and get a sense of the work environment. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made for a great experience. The interviews were quite balanced i.e. 50% capabilities, 50% fit.
The Talent Acquisition team coordinated the process very closely and provided timely updates (immediately after each interview), which was much appreciated and definitely contributed to the positive experience. The team also provided guidelines on the objectives/expectations of each interview that allowed for better preparation and resulted in more "productive" interviews and discussions for both the interviewers and myself.

Can you walk us through a program that you managed and explain what was your approach, challenges, etc.?
Can't shake the feeling of being asked at length by the hiring manager about my childcare arrangement. Where my husband works, who will go get my 'young children' etc. Let's not propagate this line of questioning for women.
Otherwise met very nice people.
