Lightspeed interview questions

Contacted by a scout on LinkedIn. First was a 30 min interview over the phone for overall understanding of the position and my skills. Then went to 4 different interviews, with HR, direct manager, and 2 different C-level (each of them 1-1, for a total of 2 visits at the offices)

Great interview experience. I applied online, heard back about a week or 2 later. First had a phone interview with the talent scout. She then later contacted me asking me to write an article about a specific subject for the existing content team to review. An in-person interview (about 1.5hours long) with the HR business partner and the content manager followed. I was advised that I would have my answer within 2 weeks, which I did. The interview process went very smoothly and I had a good feeling afterwards.
