Interview
Very standard process - HR / Recruiter check, through to hiring manager, to a panel interview, and followup. Was nice to not have to have a dozen steps and take home assignments. The recruiter was extremely accessible, friendly, and transparent about the entire process. There was no hiding of information or withholding salary expectations, etc.
One of the most pleasant interview processes I've done in awhile.

Question 1
How I had applied my knowledge in operations in a way that resulted in a net positive for the company. Because of the transparency of the recruiter, I knew how they wanted the question answered, and was very well prepared for my interviews.

Interview
Interview with the recruiter and then with hiring manager. Both were ok, respectful. The recruiter interview was done over the phone, I missed having a video interview where I could see the person.
Le process d'entretien est très long. Il y a plusieurs entretiens: d'abord avec un RH, puis un manager direct, puis des collègues, puis d'autres managers, puis le chef du département.
Process très sympathique, ouvert à la discussion.
