Saw the store being built and then applied online. About 2 or 3 days later received an email and phone call requesting an interview. Was given 2 different days with 15-minute slots ranging from 8 am to about 5 pm to choose from for an interview.
Was interviewed by two managers, one of which was the future store manager at the store that I was interviewing for. The interview was very laid-back, informative and friendly.
Interviewed on Wednesday and then received job offer on Tuesday of the next week.

I applied on their website. Within two days, someone emailed me about a phone interview that I had to schedule that was within three days and I believe I chose maybe 2 days later. The same day as the phone interview, I got an email about scheduling an in-person interview which occurred about 4 days after that. The interview was normal, nice people. 3-panel. Asked real scenario questions like' "How would youhandle a customer that..." Easy stuff if you're good at customer service. I got an offer the following week. They have you go to a drug testing facility within five days of the job offer. Here we are...

Interview took 15 minutes with friendly future Store Managers. Ended with them saying I would hear from HR in 1-2 weeks. Got email about job offer the following Monday. Accepted and got background check and drug screening instructions after two days.
