Applied through their website, a few weeks later I got an email asking to arrange a phone interview. First few questions were about when I would be able to work. The interviewer then told me that it was a 25 hour contract, which I could not do. I had to withdraw my application. (I'm certain I put on my application I couldn't work that many hours so I am not sure why I even got to that step of the process).
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Kettering, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
easy relaxed interview, shown a power point on history of lidl and what the company expects from you as an employee and what you can expect from them as an employer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lidl (Manchester, England) in Aug 2012
Interview
Very very very easy they asked me about myself and my experience in customer service. They made me feel comfortable and it was like chatting with a couple of friends. They briefly told me information about the company and asked me about my skills in customer service.
