Received an email to schedule interview, had an interview with associate and one with a VP. Each interview was about 20 minutes long. One with associate was more conversational, VP was less so
I applied online. I interviewed at Jefferies (London, England)
Interview
Had a large "symposium" in person, where we spoke to some seniors and heard from some juniors, then an online meeting. If I reached beyond that stage, I would've spoken with the head of the department (who I had already spoken to at the symposium)
3 rounds and process went smooth and quick. I interviewed in person with those I’d support if I got the position and the current assistant. Also, did a zoom interview with my manager who was honest and transparent.
