IBM Technology Consultant interview questions

4 hour morning comprised of 2 group exercises and an individual 25 minute interview. Staff all very helpful and was able to ask a lot of questions and get good responses. However, after 2 emails and a phone call still no feedback from IBM, disappointing.

1. CBD application form - this was focussed on your motivations and experiences which demonstrated the core IBM value/competencies. 2. IPAT Test - this test is really difficult if you have not prepared in advance for sequence problems. I personally reviewed different types of sequences and refreshed my knowledge on basic mathematical equations that may have been forgotten. 3. Assesment centre 4. Partner interview (45 mins)
