I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM (London, England)
Interview
Applied online->Online games ->video interview and AC
The games were pretty straight forward. The video interview was only 3-5 questions.
The AC consisted of a few groups exercises and 1-1 interview. Overall it’s very a tedious and long process
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at IBM in Nov 2019
Interview
There are so many rounds.
1) CV Application Form
2) Online assessment (inc. games)
3) Video Interview
4) Written mini-essay questions inc. how have you demonstrated that you've interest in technology to what's the most interesting IBM technology.
5) Assessment Centre where you are required to prepare 15mins presentation on a business problem and how technology could be used to solve this problem.
6) Manager Interview (Competency)
7) Business interview (as many as needed until they find you a role)
I pulled out of the process, it was the most long winded process I've ever experienced.
There were numerical, reading and situational online assessments. Personally, I think the numerical task was the toughest one. The real task was much more difficult than online mock exams. After passing all these online assessments, you would be asked to fill out a form and record a interview video.
