IBM Software Tester interview questions

Called us to the office and made us sit with telephones where we had to speak to the interviewer over phone. If it was going to be a telephonic call only, why cant we give it from our homes?

Was contacted by IBM's HR through LinkedIn. I was missing half of their requirements from the job description (MSc, 5+ years experience, etc), but got a call back. A screening call was followed by personal, technical interview, and then a (motivational) phone interview with an off-site manager.
