Interview
Process to get interview was very quick. The job I applied for required a 2nd language to cover that country, but none of the interviewers had actually ever worked for that market and didn't speak the language. It is usually standard for global companies to have at least one interviewer who knows the market you apply for/speaks the required language. Although I have worked in Sales for many years, they seemed to have a complete different mindset and after a few minutes it was already clear that they didn't like me and my answers. I must admit that the questions were those you'd expect and absolutely no personal touch. Only my opinion and because the main interviewer only knows IBM, you got the feeling they have lost touch with other markets.
