I applied through referral. Two weeks later I received one phone screen from HR and another from the team leader. A week later, I had an on-site interview which consisted of 3 one-on-one behavioral interviews and 1 whiteboard tech interview.

How do you work in a team?
How do you conduct data analysis?
Straightforward, there was an initial screener with HR recruiter, followed by zoom call with the hiring manager. This was followed by a case-exercise that candidates had a few days to complete.
Interviewer was late and had to reschedule phone call. They seemed disinterested and rushed. Very clear that they were interviewing to fill a diversity quota, rather than considering me for the position.
