Interviewer was late and had to reschedule phone call. They seemed disinterested and rushed. Very clear that they were interviewing to fill a diversity quota, rather than considering me for the position.

Salary requirements. Gave a number within the range listed on the JD, was told I was asking for too much.
Straightforward, there was an initial screener with HR recruiter, followed by zoom call with the hiring manager. This was followed by a case-exercise that candidates had a few days to complete.
