Interview consisted of a technical assessment that I did at home and then an in-person interview. I felt well prepared for the technical interview. All of the material I needed was given to me well in advance. The in-person interview was two part, I interviewed with one manager and then another immediately after. Interview was conducted using the STAR method. Overall the experience was great. HR was very responsive and gave clear expectations and timelines for everything.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HubSpot (Boston, MA) in Oct 2019
Interview
This process took a few weeks, and I was not offered the job. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. They did expect me to have a clear understanding of HubSpot, and how to trouble shoot it. At the time, I did not have this knowledge. I’d recommend checking out Hubpot academy prior to the interview process.
