HubSpot Business Development Representative BDR interview questions

The interview process was fast and seamless, very friendly people interviewing all the time. They took time to provide feedback at the end of the process. What I probably didn't like was that after the last round there was a long time without contact.

3 interviews but the 3rd interview had 3 separate interviews in itself with 3 different people. My question “greatest weakness” where I said “sometimes a lack of patience” is the reason I didn’t get it, I later learned in post-interview. The 1st person on the 3rd interview didn’t like that answer so I didn’t get the job. Even though on the practical exercise interview (2nd interview), the interviewer said my work and flow was the best he’s seen!
