Interview
I went to their job fair which was held at the hotel. I just walked in with my resume, and took interview with other applicant. The interview was about 20 minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Woodinville, WA) in Nov 2018
Interview
I was interviewed by the assistant manager and she was really nice. The interview felt pretty casual and the questions were the same as the ones people put on Glassdoor and when I stumbled a bit, she didn't make a big deal about it. After I answered a question, she wrote my answer on a form. It was also super quick, it lasted 10 minutes and that might be because I don't have previous work experience since I'm still in high school so they couldn't ask questions about that. Overall, pretty easy! Once she was done asking questions, she asked if I had any questions. She said she'd call within the week to set up an orientation day because she has to talk with the manager to see if they can work with my availability since I'm a minor and can only work a certain amount of hours.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Beavercreek, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a pretty quick and standard interview, not too bad. It was a simple process that ended with me getting the job. Overall it was a easy interview that wasn't very stress-inducing.
