I applied in-person. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
It was quick. I brought a resume but the application is online now. They asked questions like why do you want to work here? And they warn you its hard work. Got hired the same day as I applied. Had orientation a week later.
Pretty simple, behavioral questions. They wrote my answers down on a paper while I was speaking. Questions were straight-forward, asking about experience, leadership, how i dealt with difficulty before, etc. Interviewer was easy to talk to as well.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HomeGoods (La Canada, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview was very easy, and they basically offered me the job on the spot. However, they were terrible at communicating after the interview, so after a month of frustrating calls and the manager being wishy-washy, I decided that I didn't want to work in such a disorganized environment.
