Hilti Group interview questions

I got call from recruitment firm that my CV has been shortlisted and asked me for the quick face 2 face on the same day(no telephonic interview). I always ask for telephonic before going for face 2 face however as she had requested me I managed to to go for an interview(Gurgaon location). Later when I reached for an interview, I found Interviewee was not there( went for tobacco/tea break). After 20 minutes of waiting, I had chanced to meet the interviewee. Interesting part was that both HR and interviewee were so keen to take the interview(or they just want to finish an interview as soon as possible) . They both were sat together and started asking questions together. In my 5 years this was the first time I have seen that HR and hiring manager sat together and taking an interview. Interview was 30 -40 minutes long, throughout the interview HR person was appreciating the achievement of hiring manager and his long overtimes. Multiple of time they had asked me that can you work 12-14 hours( humorous).

It was a long interview the final day last 1 day. A lot of task to do. You have to prepare in advance a presentation about yourself. You will have the opportunity to meet the clients so its better you ask question there.
