If they like what they see on your resumé then they’ll reach out to you and organise a in person or video interview with the hiring manager. Seems like they favour promoting existing employees over getting new experience into the company. Pretty hard to compete. After multiple interviews, they’ll struggle to get back to you unless you reach out and follow up.

A very thorough interview experience consisting of 3 stages. Online video submission, Interview with a team leader, a day out on site with another AM & finally an interview with the head of GB. A difficult interview process drawn out over 6 months but allowed you to understand the company and whether it was a good fit for both parties.
