HCLTech Deputy Manager interview questions

Extensive, Tiring and Exploitative process that included 3 interviews and 1 case study exercise. After clearing all rounds, I got the CTC breakup to review which I accepted and then the games begun; I had to track down HR to followup every other day. Then they offered me a way lower CTC citing business approval reviews. After multiple discussions and negotiations regarding the salary we settled on a number. It's been 4 weeks since I accepted the offer and I still have no news if they are going to send an offer or not.

It was 3 rounds of interview process. first round was telephonic in which general questions were asked, second was to evaluate the technical knowledge and skills and 3rd round was with higher management in which many situation based questions were asked to assess the attitude and aptitude.
