Interview
Extensive, Tiring and Exploitative process that included 3 interviews and 1 case study exercise.
After clearing all rounds, I got the CTC breakup to review which I accepted and then the games begun; I had to track down HR to followup every other day.
Then they offered me a way lower CTC citing business approval reviews. After multiple discussions and negotiations regarding the salary we settled on a number. It's been 4 weeks since I accepted the offer and I still have no news if they are going to send an offer or not.

Basic SQL questions like group by, joins and some related to required tools.

Technical round was only for 20 mins
Was not very technical the interview. Very basic questions related to the role
There were 2 rounds and mostly skill based questions were asked. Also situation based questions were asked. I was also asked about my previous experience. I was also given details of what the new role would be and how I can fit my skills fir this role.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HCLTech (Chennai) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was done online. I had the first HR round over call asking for basic questions and then subsequently got interviewed by a manager and vice president on more technical/related topics. Received the offer almost immediately within 2 days.
