I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Google (Madrid) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was the first step in the recruiting process. I had an on campus interview with the recruiter in which she explained to me how the process was and what kind of work a sales mamager does. It was the classical fit interview in which you have to show who you are and demonstrate googliness.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google
Interview
The process in total was 5 interviews all were on phone and Google Talk (no F2F).
The interviews were more about my fit to Google and less about my past work experience.
Beside the first interview with HR they didn't asked me about what I have done but more challenged me with different scenarios.
One interview was about Strategy and we had a discussion on Google products and what I think they should focus on and what products should they change and how.
The second interview was to find if I'm a Googler and I was asked general questions about lifestyle, hobbies, books I read etc'
The third interview was leadership I had different questions on day to day situations like how will you motivate a member that isn't performing and isn't reporting to me but is part of a project I'm in charge of.
