First run: matching research interests with the group Second run: research questions on your resume Third run: coding for about 2-3 questions related to image processing that is different from LeetCode

Two 45 minute interviews. Easy interview if you can talk in details about your research. Each persons research is different so it will depend on you and your expertise. they allow you to pic the dates in a two-week window.
