I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Washington, DC) in Dec 2023
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for initial phone screen. Then I was connected with a different recruiter in their team for preparing for the interviews (agenda, purposes). There was also a different person to just create meeting schedules (Google Meet). The process was a bit more complicated and unnecessary with different points of contacts.

Leadership and Googleyness
I got a call from a recruiter 4 days after my last interview that the team decided to not move forward with my candidacy. I understand. However there was no clarity or clear feedback provided on why I wasn't selected. I just thought for a professional company... that is asking some one days to prepare for interviews (4 different interviews in 2 days)... The least they could do is to provide some clarity and feedback. But they did not. I'm glad an offer wasn't extended because this is not a company where you can find growth and feel empowered.

Question 1
There are many questions but one of them was:
Describe a time where you made a mistake and how did you learn from it?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Process was easy and straightforward but it took forever and communicating feedback after the interview was pretty bad, overall you just need to listen closely to the recruiter’s prep call and read all the prep resources provided to you
