Interview
A manager scouted my profile on LinkedIn and asked my former university colleagues that worked at the company about me. Short phone call to talk about the company, the product and my needs. I enjoyed the conversation and was invited to complete a short coding assignment. I was given 48 hours to submit the coding assignment. Once it was reviewed, I was invited on-site to have three rounds of interviews: review my assignment, technical interview and soft skills interview.
Overall, the process was very quick, streamlined and enjoyable.
homework task (simple SPA with backend), then interview with developers (focusing on theoritical questions, small task at whiteboard), and the last round is interview with managers (soft skill and architect level questions)
