Interview
An audio screening call with the internal recruiter. Was very smooth. This was followed by an interview with the UX director. Then there was another round of interviews with a cross functional role and with a panel of UX Researchers. Finally another round of a similar nature. After all these interviews, the role was frozen. The recruiter was communicative and apologetic. Overall the interview process was long but enjoyable to talk to potential colleagues who would have been very nice to work with.
