Interview
Have 5 rounds of interviews including the initial screening call.
Each interview was fairly casual and asked expected questions regarding Customer Success. Each interviewer asked to record the sessions so they would be more present during the interview and wouldn't have to spend most of the time taking notes. I thought this was incredibly thoughtful.
Then the following interviewer reviewed all of the notes and feedback from the prior conversations and didn't ask any duplicated questions, which was a complete wow factor.
The person I worked with in talent acquisition was incredible too. Since I interviewed during around the holidays, they made sure to set clear expectations for the timeline of the interviews.
