GoTo interview questions

I am so SICK of companies treating applicants like they're disposable! I did everything to satisfy this company, rescheduling my interview with the hiring manager several times. The HR person even called me without notice several times to reschedule and I answered, no questions asked. In the end, they didn't choose me and sent me a generic message, even though the hiring manager told me he really enjoyed our conversation and to stay tuned. Apparently, they're moving with other candidates that "better align" with their needs. but THEY KNEW my qualifications/ experience before any interview. What a lame excuse and waste of time. Companies like this need to stop interviewing people, just to cut them off the hiring process for the same boring excuse of "finding someone with experience that better aligns." You already knew my experience before interviewing me!

First phone call with HR. Very easygoing. Then, 2nd round was with Hiring Manager. Easy questions, expectations, an overview of your CV and what you can bring to the company. They were supposed to get back to me but never happened
