I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY
Interview
Behavioral interview and then a technical interview. DId not make it past this. Behavioural has a "trick"/fun IQ problem solving question. Technical was a case study with questions and 5 minutes to answer the questions. Did get some probing questions based on my responses. Recommend bringing a notebook to write thoughts on.

Question 1
What's a time you had to work with a difficult individual?
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
