The second interview in the process. Met a manager and a director. They did not seem to have read either my resume or cover letter. Both were almost trying to misinterpret my whatever I said, they seemed uninterested and rude. Left the interview early. Was this a taste of the EY culture?

You talk alot about where you want to go, but where do you want your surroundings to go?
The video interview is not easy at all, don't have much time to prepare before they start to record you. And the video stage cannot be prepared ahead, questions are based on the role. There's also an email writing task.
