I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EY (Coimbatore) in Aug 2024
Interview
EY, i attend this company for Consulting role, they didn't intimate what the role was.. its on-campus opportunity..
1st round - Coding problems (it would be easy)
2nd round - Communication round (online and its also non-elimination round i guess, because, they shortlisted all of us for interview)
3 round - Technical interview (Interview questions based on interviewer, for mine, They simply ask about myself, projects, scenario based question about team like what will you do that your team member is not working properly and what are the issues faced during your projects.. but some of my friend's interviewers asked to write the simple coding problems like prime, palindrome, factorial, fibanocci..
4th round - HR interview, the interview would happen just 7 minutes, she asked to introduce myself, how was this day and about relocation.
Total, 88 were selected in our college for consulting role alone.
It did not feel like an interview, it was pretty chill and laid back. The case was not too hard and the behaviourals were more like vibe checks. The group case also wasn't too hard.
