I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
Muy bueno. Me sentí muy a gusto y confortable. El entrevistador me pregunto sobre mi experiencia profesional y la motivación del cambio. Me pareció una muy buena empresa, que cuida de sus empleados y la remuneración pareció interesante.
It went out well, the interviewer was very nice and patient. There were some technical questions but they were not too bad. I did not do too well on the behavioral side, but overall the experience was nice.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Neu-Delhi) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview happened on Saturday and guess what it's a walk in.. That should be alarm bell ringing when you are mid level BA and the HR people should tell you that prior... Gotta say this is by far my worst interview experience.. They made me wait for 4 hours just to have discussion for 2 mins and then guess what they had to say to reject my profile.. Switching companies more often.. I think the interviewer already made decision to reject my profile before I walked in to the room.. I think the only valuable lesson I learnt is that whether it is EY or PWC or whatever just don't go for Saturday interviews... They treat you as if you have all the time in the world.. Just sucks. They had my resume well in advance and could have filtered out in 1st step itself. But they didn't.. Very very bad.. (note: I would have added lot of swearing words but decided that the message itself is strong enough and also glass door would vet my review;) I really want no one to experience this kind of interview...

Question 1
Nothing really.. Just tell about yourself.. The person wanted to reject me before I walked in. He was finding reason to reject me all along.
