Basic interview process, they want to know who you are. However, because it is highly competitive I didn't get a call for the office interviews. I advise to apply to full time instead of an internship because there is no difference in the decision process. Also, I think you get a better chance of acceptance if you apply for full time.

I had an on campus interview, followed by an on site interview. The on site interview involves breakfast, two 40 minute interviews and lunch. All interviews were very conversational and flowed well. They were not intimidating.
