Super unprofessional. First call - Recruiter that scheduled the interview interrupted me right away as I was going through my current role. She was taken back as it wasn't in SaaS, then said, "This isn't going to work." Lasted about 3 minutes. Im so confused as to why you would even schedule the interview. Are recruiters at DocuSign not even reading the candidates' resumes? Just terrible, figure it out.

Not very thorough - Ghosted me, not what I expected from a reputable company
I was very excited to potentially work for DocuSign, however the process just ended up in my being ghosted.
The Interview itself was fairly standard, recruiter call followed by Hiring manager call. I personally found it too reliant on standard pre-formulated questions, which doesn't give you the chance to get to know the potential manager if he is too busy going through a list of pre-defined questions.

Roleplay, presentation and Q&A carried out in 1 hour
Compared to other interview processes for similar roles in the industry this is a very unthorough process. Received an offer for a larger company in this industry and the overall interview process took 4hours compared to 2 hours in docusign.
They requested to much info for a 1 hour interview. They expect a roleplay, interview and Q&A in an hour. Everything was rushed. I really don't understand how you can get a complete picture of a candidate in such a quick process.
