Process was pretty smooth. But it did took like a month to get a second interview and there was not any communication in between. So It felt a little disconnected. Interview process after talking with the recruiter.

Interview
I was contacted by an internal recruiter who said she came across my profile and thought I would be a great fit. After our phone screen, she moved me on to the hiring manager for a 45 minute interview. He seemed impressed by my experience and skills but I was told a week later that he decided to go with an internal promotion. When I asked for feedback, I was told that my lack of SaaS experience was why I didn't get the role. While I understand the reasoning, I've also networked with several managers at DocuSign who have said that it isn't necessary to have this experience, that they hire from outside the industry all the time, and to "keep trying." It's a little frustrating...
