It was a 2 stage interview. The first stage was a written aptitude test which needed a minimum of 70% score to pass. The test was not technical, topics were general math, english and critical thinking. If passed, you would be called for an in-person interview with the department head. The interview itself is very simple and straight forward, no technical questions were asked only questions about past work experiences with salesforce CRM since the company at that time was working on a Salesforce project. You need to be able to answer questions with confidence and show you have relevant work experience.
