I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike in Aug 2025
Interview
20 minute recruiter call followed by four 30-minute interviews (typically two 30 minute blocks running back to back)
3 interviews were with the hiring managers and each interviewer asked about different areas (etc. competitive nature, grit, and perseverance was one of the topics)
The additional interview was a mock discovery call with head of sales - relatively low stakes as they are looking for coach-ability more than anything at this level
overall very satisfied with the interview process, was able to get through everything in roughly a week and every person I talked to was super friendly and felt more conversational than anything
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (Singapur) in Jul 2025
Interview
4 rounds of interview - initially with HR. A few days after, it was with the hiring manager. Then a panel interview was scheduled for a role-playing interview. The final interview was with the team the role will be supporting. Given that the open position was urgently required, it took me a total of 3 weeks to complete all 4 rounds of interview.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
1st round with the HR. I was told the second round was with the hiring manager and there's a last round of Panel Interview, but after the HR interview I was somehow fast tracked to the final panel interview. Very straightforward process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The usual sales fit questions - tell me about your experience. Why crwd, why sales, etc.
Panel interview was about making a presentation around one of their products.
