- First I was contacted from HR, and we established a phone interview with HR - Second call was the phone interview, in English. I was asked general questions, about my experience, why do I want to join Conti and stuff like that, nothing technical. - Third was the interview at Conti location. There were 4 persons. 1 HR and 3 Team leaders from different departments. Interview was in English. Ton't be scarred, they were not so good English speakers :) - After the interview I got the answer that they want to hire me and sent via email job offer with lots of detailed, including salary and benefits.
