R&D Lead (Tech Center for NA) Interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Continental

      Interview

Applied online. First, I was asked to finish a competency evaluation session virtually. Then was asked twice to a Hirevue on-demand virtual interview. After that, nobody contacted me anymore and nobody even responded to my request of update. For such a professional position, if a person is considered a potential fit, should somebody from either HR or hiring team have a chat with the applicant? When I recruit, I always consider an interview as mutual evaluation. Please respect the applicants' time and efforts.
