I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Continental (Bengaluru) in Feb 2014
Interview
The company had come to CDAC Bangalore for campus recruitment. The process was as follows:
First a 25 question mcq paper on embedded c and basic electronics... difficult average
Later among the top scorers 9 students were selected for Direct Technical round
Some better performers among the others were given a second chance by making them write a verbal test of 60 mcq questions and 40 Data suffciency questions
Later the shortlisted candidates were selected for technical and hr interview...
technical interviews were taken twice for some candidates
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
C questions on recursion. microprocessor bit range, etc... most of the questions were almost very practical and nothing very complicated or very easy... nice experience
It was an easy to medium interview process.
As entry level it was quite smooth, mostly basic python questions and clarity in algorithm and approach to a problem was interviewed.
One Technical round followed by managerial round and finally hr round happened.
