Interview
Straight forward interview process with a very short turn around time between online application, first phone interview and actual in person interview. Very open discussion and a great chance to meet the team, to get to know the location infrastructure and most important to get an insight into the technology and the overall scope of the team.

Question 1
Standard questions, but also a very deep dive into technical background. Confronted with practical problems from daily work they expected to provide a rational analysis and also an approach on how to solve the challenge. E.g. describing possible test cases of an in-vehicle application of the LiDAR sensor technology.

Un proceso de reclutamiento muy bueno, el trato de TA siempre fue muy coordial y fueron claros conmigo desde el principio, el tiempo de espera fue algo extendido ya que pasaron 2 meses desde la aplicación, pero en las etapas de entrevistas las cosas se aceleraron bastante

Process will be: HR int-Hiring Manager int-Section manager int Hr says they are not hiring fresh graduates. Hiring manager bombards you with basic electronic questions. This company is not willing to teach/train you. For them, you should know it all before hiring you. Hiring manager have unnecessary remarks if you can't get a question correct. He even said I am not studying wayback college and purely looking for girls just because I didn't get a question correct. I am having a hard time answering some of the questions bc it's already 3 years past my graduation and no fresh technical knowledge in all ECE subjects.

Excelente proceso con herramientas como hirevue para evaluar correctamente la experiencia. Los ingenieros y reclutadores muy concretos y puntuales con sus preguntas. La descripción del puesto es clara y precisa. En conclusión un proceso de selección muy completo.
