Vorstellung Firma / Position / Chef /Kollegen. Vorstellung an Projekte / Hintergrund. Fragen von beiden seiten. Zweite Runde mit HR Chef und gleich das Angebot mitnehmen. Fragen in Interview: 1.Selbst Präsentation 2. Motivation: Warum diese Firma, diese Stelle? 3. Größte Herausforderung. 4. 3x Stärke. 5. 3x Schwäche.

Processo de entrevista correto, com a descrição de funções razoavelmente completa e salário partilhado à partida. Inclusive foram descritos alguns produtos na primeira fase, embora naturalmente alto nível. Formato híbrido, com a possibilidade de evoluir para full onsite.
Good experience overall, structured and well organized. The interviews were conducted in approximately one hour sessions. There were opportunities to meet and discuss with both future manager and recruitment manager.

La entrevista con recursos humanos estuvo muy bien, pero la entrevista "técnica" con los ingenieros fue terrible. Apliqué para un puesto de PM, solicitaban conocimientos de SCRUM pero me dijeron que: - Yo no haría las ceremonias de SCRUM, que lo haría "mi jefe" - Que yo debía negociar si los miembros del equipo querían renunciar para que no llegaran a RH - Que yo no iba a tomar ninguna decisión de ningún tipo, eso lo haría "mi jefe" - Eso sí, "el rendimiento del equipo iba a ser mi responsabilidad" directa. - Yo debía encargarme del desarrollo profesional y path de carrera de los miembros del equipo - Yo no haría ninguna decisión de budget No me dejaban terminar de dar mis respuestas, se burlaban abiertamente o cambiaban el rumbo de la pregunta.
