English language proficiency test conducted at the Palm Strip Mall location. The test has a reading section where there are multiple paragraphs to read, then questions are asked about them, and a section where a conversation is played, then you are asked questions about the conversation. The conversation cannot be paused, and you are allowed to take notes. Then there is a question where you are asked to speak about certain topics for 30 minutes which is graded by AI.
After passing the English test, an interview will be held with an HR representative and a team leader of the account you are applying to. They ask general questions in English to test your listening and speaking abilities, and they will ask if you are fully committed for the next 6 months, as you cannot take annual leaves during the first 6 months.
Quick, simple and painless. Interview was AI and I received an email from a recruiter shortly thereafter. Typical questions were asked and plenty of time was given to prepare a recording of my response. Overall, this was the easiest interview I have ever had.
