the interview process started with a telephonic conversation, after that a one on one interview in which a case was given. i decsribed the whole process that was given , of a dominos customer service executive.
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
