I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Colgate-Palmolive in Mar 2021
Interview
Went through a recruiter for this interview. Recruiter told me two days before the interview it was a Global position. Interview was at 7:00am with a woman from South America! Really! I'm located in the United States.
There were language barrier issues during the interview. It was hard to understand what the interviewer was asking. Also things needed to be repeated a couple of times to me at times. Overall I was behind the eightball from the get go on this one. Total waste of my time.
Submitted an online application, then attended a virtual interview with two assessors. Around 30 minute duration, very typical interview questions. Was asked why I was the best candidate for the position twice. At the beginning of the interview I found out they had advertised the wrong location for the role.
