Colgate-Palmolive Internship interview questions

The first round consisted of resume shortlisting, followed by a virtual assessment. After this stage, approximately 60-70% of the applicants were eliminated. The remaining candidates were invited for an in-person interview, which started with a group discussion to further filter out the applicants. This was then followed by individual interviews where questions focused primarily on the candidate's resume, skillset, and personal interests.

Asked strategic questions but overall a very friendly and inviting process. Spoke with multiple people at once that I would be working closely with during the role. I recommend using the STAR method.
