Stop requiring people to do a full day of case studies to MAYBE get offered a position. Also, having your recruiters say “don’t worry about getting the answers right” then say “we aren’t moving forward bc you didn’t get all the answers right” is deceitful.

The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Ashburn, VA)
Interview
Horrible experience, I would advise not even applying. Total 7-8 interviews including 4 case studies (product and profitability cases). This company thinks they are a part of faang for some reason.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in Jul 2021
Interview
Spoke with the recruiter who was pretty lackluster the entire way through. Had a pretty straight forward 30 minutes call with the hiring manager, and then four, 30-min virtual interviews with others. The recruiter had someone else schedule my interviews and they gave me the wrong day (thank goodness I followed up). Everything went well, (I thought), until I received an email from the recruiter (not a phone call), saying they've decided not to move forward with me. No feedback. Waste of time.
