Capital One interview questions

1) CodeSignal proctored test. Tests analytical prowess and SQL. Time is tight, with increasingly difficult questions. You have to pass to move on. 2) Data Challenge. Python coding challenge to answer 5 questions. You need to merge/ clean your dataset and make a recommendation. You present it during power day. 3) Powerday. 4 interviews back to back. 2 case interviews, 1 behavioral interview, 1 data challenge interview.

Process moves quickly. Recruiter screening followed by a virtual assessment. If you pass the assessment you meet with the hiring Director. If that goes well you go on-site for what’s called a “power day”. I did not advance past the Director.
